awaiting public in November 1997. With the multitude of restaurants already in existence, the owners
of the Kat Wok wanted to offer their customers a unique and
delightful dining and nightlife experience. Today, the Kat
Wok’s ongoing popularity is testament to its' success. The Kat Wok
offers an extraordinary sushi bar and the very best in Pan-Asian
dining set in a metropolitan atmosphere... bringing the quality
and ambience of the "Big City" right to Southern Oregon.

In July 2000, the Kat Wok unveiled it's
new sushi bar.
By acquiring excellent and experienced sushi chefs,
the Kat Wok
owners saw an opportunity to offer another level of culinary excellence to
their already diverse menu.
Since the Kat Wok offers a wide variety of sushi items and prepares them
only from the freshest ingredients,
Kat Wok customers can truly enjoy this wonderful age-old Japanese
tradition.
