Types of Sushi

Maki (mawkee): A sushi roll containing more than one ingredient.
Temaki (temawkee): Sushi prepared in a cone of Japanese, seasoned "nori" (nor ee) seaweed. 
Sashimi (sasheemee): Sashimi is a raw fish delicacy. The sushi is beautifully presented on a bed of Japanese white radish and delicately sliced into six pieces.
Nigiri (neegeeree):
Sushi served with wasabi on a rice ball.
